Sweet baby jesus, I've got to the end of the thread.
I agree with a poster about 20 pages back who said moyes is using this as a way of pushing the players to get that extra few % out of them and pushing the board to try and get a better budget etc.
He did something very similar with his last contract.

All that being said there's still a bit of my mind thats ****ting itself with fear, as if we lose moyesie we will truly up ****s creek with our current board.

Interesting to think Moyes is holding the board to ransom. I mean it's not exactly the kind of brinkmanship we associate with his teams when we step onto the pitch at Anfield or The Emirates or Old Trafford or Stamford Bridge is it? Yeah we've had a few draws, a few leads but you know, you can tell he's thinking "let's get a point here lads..." that's good enough it seems (aka Nil Nil Satis Optimum). So to imagine that kind of mentality is holding the board to ransom is an interesting theory.

Hes not holding anybody to ransom.

Its not like hes saying "I wont sign unless they give me Hibbo back".

Hes gonna see how many Clubs approach him by May and then sign for whoever offers him the biggest transfer fund.

I don't think he's holding anyone to ransom, I think the decision has already been made. If he was going to stay, he'd have re-signed by now.

Season ticket prices for next season will be announced inside the next 4 weeks by the way.
