Swansea were in the 4th division ten years back, they've continually improved year upon year by anyone's defenitions.

And I see you ignored the other four examples.

You'll need to provide proof that your examples haven't spent money, and have improved, rather than just name teams. Using Swansea as an example is a bit stupid really, the lower leagues are a whole different world. Upon promotion they spent £9m.

I said continually improved year on year, not win one trophy.

And despite selling Ronaldo for £80m, they've still spent £8m a season net in the three since.

Net Spend is a clear financial restraint on our club.

Brenz you've picked his best example and highlighted it as his worst. Nightmare.

And made 4 million this year. So 5million over two years. 2.5 million a year.

That's low net spend if arsenal and everton's are.

yeah 3 points and a massive morale boost.

can someone provide the stat, i'm not too sure we've drawn more. do you seriously think moyes is a better manager than wenger goat?

Wenger?

Is that the fella that has a wage bill of 160m a Year, an unlimited transfer pot and has won nothing in 8 years?

You mean that Wenger? Right?

United - Drawn 3 Lost 8
Arsenal - Drawn 2 Lost 8
Chelsea - Drawn 6 Lost 4
Liverpool - Drawn 5 Lost 5

Total: Drawn 15 Lost 25

cheers.

swansea have improved just about every single season bar one where they went from 7th to 8th in the championship i think. all done despite managers leaving them continuously, only this season have they really spent, and that was because of the £15m from xavi

They'll collect more points in the league this year then they ever did with Ronaldo and were one point behind their best ever ronaldo total, last year.

The standard of the league has dropped IMO. Also, in Ronaldo's last season they won the league and got to the European Cup final. The year before that they won it. Since then they haven't quite repeated that except getting to the final vs Barca.

Also, would Tom Cleverley get in any of the teams Ronaldo played in?
