With the Fellaini money you would expect him to be given about £35mill at least.

Here is a link to the potential extra money we will receive

We'll be lucky to see 1% of that, it will go towards paying of debts and new lawnmowers for the Farm.

Remember when we re-newed our deal with Chang and Elstone was banging the 'More money will be available for the manager in the transfer window' drum.

£15m net spend should be the minimum given to Moyes. Seems the figure from tv rights is closer to £30m per annum with the worldwide rights thrown in.

I've said exactly the same thing myself. We're likely to lose quite a few players over the summer (Mucha, Neville, Heitinga, Gueye, and Hitzlsperger) from an already wafer-thin squad. So we're going to need to bring 5 in just to keep numbers up. We then need a striker and a creative player at least to help us push on. Seven players at an average of £3m each is £21m and if Moyes wants to bring in someone like Fer or Negredo the warchest will need to be £25-£30m.

So a minimum £22m increase per season, i'd say it's no stretch that overseas rights will increase by 50%, so £32m per year coming into the club.

If he doesn't get a healthy net spend this Summer then something is seriously wrong.

The time to back him was in the Jan transfer window but oh look what happened they came up with a couple of mill in the last week.

Principles, Moyes is staunch and saw that as a major slap in the face.

Imagine if its Martinez that gets to spend the 50m.

50m and we would finish 15th.

Its frightening what Moyes could do with £35m.

I hope he signs a short term deal to buy us boss players. Hopefully he has the next Hazard's and Essien's on there but this time we'll be able to afford them.

Just read stubbsys comments. If that's really the case, who do we think Moyes wants to sell?

Does he think like the majority of fans that it's time for Felli to move on? Is it Baines who he doesn't want to sell?

For me ...do not dare sell:

Jelavic
Anichebe (who'd have thought)
Jags
Baines
Gibson
Mirallas

Do sell:
Fellaini
Heitinga

The rest probably won't go anyway..little or no interest.

Oh dear. Moyes' big ultimatum is 'Bill, I demand to be able to sell to buy'. No 'get new blood and new money into the boardroom or I'm off'. This is Moyes playing 'hard-ball'.

If Stubbs is right then it just confirms Moyes will stay and he'll remain the yes man he's always been and we'll be treading water for the next four years.

Hopeless. Completely hopeless.
