CONFIRMED: Moyes Leaving - All Reaction Here

Moyes would get a job in a host of premier league clubs, he could probably get a pay rise as well if the club he goes too is desperate enough.

He won't be out of work.

I doubt he'll enjoy the same job security he had at Everton though and I doubt whether any of the clubs that court him will be bigger than Everton.

I can't see him getting a champions league team at the mo, unless we have a blinding end to the season which doesn't look likely at all.

He'll get a job at a club below us , that's pretty telling for me. As for wages I'd be amazed if anyone would pay him significantly more than he's on now he's one of the top paid 15 managers in the world , im not too sure how many in the list have never won a trophy but I'd suspect it'd be none.

Imagine Moyes pitting his wits against the best managers in Europe.

My prediction is when moyes leaves us, within two seasons he will be sacked and will join the usual suspects on the manager merry go round for the following seasons. i really dont rate him.

Just before half-time my brother said something like, 'I hope they're ****ting themselves about going in to see Moyes,' and it hit me: he's leaving in eight weeks. They're not arsed what he says - he won't decide who goes or stays in the summer.

He'll have to go to a club which has a worse team than Everton's, but the money to back him if he gets to the point Everton have been stuck in for years. I'm going to throw a tenner on him being the next Sunderland manager.

Just heard his reaction and it seemed he didn't give a ****. Basically said these things happen and we should get over it. Felt like booting the car radio in.

I'm now at the point where I'd rather he not renew his contract.

Time for him to move on.

If he's going to persist in playing Phil Neville, then it's time to go.

I think the performance today has probably done Moyes' reputation a bit of damage, if he has any possible suitors then they certainly would have been watching today. Once again Moyes' inability to get his team set up correctly for a big game has cost us and we were comprehensively outclassed in the first half by a perennial relegation candidate. Even in the second half where we saw much more of the ball we never really looked like scoring, and to add insult to injury Moyes brings off arguably our most influential player and brings on Barkley, a player who is obviously regarded by Moyes as a youngster not ready to make an impression on the first team, a player that won MOTM in the opening game of last season, as if to signal the game was over and he may as well give him a run out, as opposed to an attempt to change the game. It just stank of defeatism to me.

What I want to know is how does he maintain respect in the dressing room when the players see who he continues to put on the pitch?

The thing is, we all knew that it could happen such is DM's lack of nous and guts.
Depressing when you actually fear playing a side like wigan (who have rested players for their relegation scrap) because you know we are likely to bottle it AGAIN.
