CONFIRMED: Moyes Leaving - All Reaction Here

What do you expect other fans to think. Moyes goes and talks us down every week so when they see us having a little joy then Moyes looks like a miracle worker. I want him gone and I have done for years.

Still think we could end up in a worse position long term if he leaves, which says a lot about the situation at the higher levels of the club.

This could be so true but personally I would rather take a chance on Martinez or the like than stick with what we know cannot get any better. Basically I am saying we need change for the freshness and maybe we will all get our passion back for Everton because without being a fortune teller we can predict the next few seasons if Moyes is still here.

The amount this bloke gets paid to have absolutely no repercussions for his failures is unrivalled in all of football.

I want a new hungry manager in who is willing to play attacking football and not choose players like Neville in midfield out of choice.

Serious point on Martinez did you think the same last week when they were frankly appalling against the RS ? That's not me being argumentative I just wondered , like I've said earlier I don't want him but despite that he's just outclassed our own manager .

If worst comes to it, at least we know Martinez is capable of keeping a penniless club in the Premier League. I'd be happy to take a chance on him at this point.

to be fair sheeds that doesnt really mean much.

Yes he has built a great team, but the squad we have should be performing better than where we are in the league and in the cups - and thats Moyes' fault.

The media seem to love Moyes, but they dont see his teams every week, full of his favourites, his plan B is to put Fellaini upfront and maybe switch the wings, and he isn't giving the youngsters a good enough go. I can't believe SSN actually said he could be manager of Chelsea or Dortmund - if he went to Dortmund you'd see Lewandoski suddenly go through a bad period of form and then eventually get sold after 2 years.

If we're using results against Liverpool as the barometer then Moyes is out the door.

It would actually be hilarious. He's nowhere near good enough to manage a team that big, I bet he believes his own hype though.

he looks a better proposition than moyes today, but we're everton - have to worry if this is the best we can do.

Jagielka, Distin, Baines, Mirallas, Pienaar, Gibson, Jelavic and the fellaini money to spend in the summer - it's a very good team to work with, i think people belittle our squad and especially the type of football these players are capable of producing by saying we couldn't do any better than moyes. Obviously the board is the major issue, but taking that factor out - that team is good enough to beating the likes of wigan, reading, villa and norwich - but yet we can't.

Yes I have always liked him and like Moyes he probably has worked a bit of magic despite his budget. I think with our set of players and the money from Felli he won't do much worse than Moyes but I do believe he will try to bed a few youngsters in slowly but surely. I like him but I also like Zola. Maybe at my age I want to see something different from what Moyes has offered and I think Martinez or Zola will try to get the players to express themselves more and not look too much at the strengths of the other teams but more at the strengths of our team.

IDK, i seem to remember Sunderland nearly scoring a couple of times, didn't they have a ball cleared off the line ?

We did absolutely zero today, partly because Wigan shut us down.
