CONFIRMED: Moyes Leaving - All Reaction Here

We're still in a potential Europa League position and in with a good shout of being in the FA cup semi-finals. That's a good season so far.

Get shut straight after the Oldham game. Hopefully we'll have won and the new manager has the personality to take a crack at winning the cup without ****ting himself at the thought of mighty Wigan at home.

Unexpected bonus would be if Kenwright misjudges the character and the new manager starts taking the occasional pot shot at the board rather than acting as a mercenary lapdog.

We'll probably win the next three league games and the same old same old will be out praising him. The people with the proper footballing brains, however, will realise that they're dead rubber games and, once again, the reality is that Dithering Dave and his bunch of surrender monkeys have folded when it really mattered yet again.

We're bigger than David Moyes, and I'm old and wise enough to know that we can easily replace him. We should be prouder than this Blues - we shouldn't willingly accept our current manager flirting with other clubs whilst still in a job at Goodison Park, especially when said manager is one of the worst tactically in the Premier League.

We're Everton, aren't we?

So anyone who has backed Moyes doesn't have a proper footballing brain. The sheer arrogance of that statement is breathtaking.

He‘s a ‘victim‘ of his own ability.
In the transfer market and team building he really is superb. But then his tactics are poor, thats what seperates him from being a great manager. If he changed his tactis and was less of a ****house then we would go places, bt he won‘t and never will. It‘s a shame he may go out on a sour note, but its a poor show from him with this contract situation.

Thankyou Mr Moyes for making Everton a not **** team but please bow out with dignity.

Disagree that his tactics are universally poor.

We get a decent amount of points against the big sides at home, something not many clubs can say. Unfortunately the defensive style sometimes means we don't put games to bed against lower sides.

If we got a manager with a more attacking style in we'd probably lose more games against the big teams and win a few more against the lower sides. Net gain of precisely zero.

On top of that we'd also lose his ability to build squads from a couple of pennies and a paperclip.
