We'll probably win the next three league games and the same old same old will be out praising him. The people with the proper footballing brains, however, will realise that they're dead rubber games and, once again, the reality is that Dithering Dave and his bunch of surrender monkeys have folded when it really mattered yet again.

We're bigger than David Moyes, and I'm old and wise enough to know that we can easily replace him. We should be prouder than this Blues - we shouldn't willingly accept our current manager flirting with other clubs whilst still in a job at Goodison Park, especially when said manager is one of the worst tactically in the Premier League.

We're Everton, aren't we?

10 years. In that time Chelsea have gone through 10managers and spent excess of 30million in manager compo. Spurs have gone through about 4 managers. The RS have gone through 4 also. City countless managers....

Not one have ever offered Moyes a job.

We probably wouldn't be where we are without him, but he doesn't look like the person to take us further. It's a difficult one really.

is how i feel. we have the 6th best squad in the league - and we are 6th, regardless of finances, we are NOT overachieving. not sure someone like martinez is the answer because i'm doubtful he's the guy to take us to the next step. Mind you, it would be something different, just desperate for something different now, baring the first few months of this season, every game has seemed a carbon copy, hence why most of them have ended 1-1, 2-1 or 2-2.

Just desperate for something different, i want to be entertained whilst watching everton, i'm far from that atm

Have we? 6th best first 11 Maybe. Id say the RS have a better squad.

There's about 10 bizarre kids on here who idolise him most just find it difficult to be critical of any Everton manager even if it was a big Jam Jar as long as we were "safe" they'd be singing: "the big jam jars blue and white army" CLAP...CLAP...CLAP!

His mis-judgement over signing his contract has killed him every crap draw or defeat is going to be "are contract negotiations affecting things?". He needs to go because he'll never win anything and bottles big games his judgement over his contract reflects his lack of clear thinking - no wonder we have results like today.

Quick question - have we ever appointed a manager with a trophy to his name before coming to Everton (please exclude Kendall Mk 2 or Mk 3) in this equation - and obviously Walter Smith (where the chance of winning something with Celtic or Rangers was 50%)

My head's battered reading that. Is it an A Level maths question?

His progress over 11 years has been pathetic.

He has spent about £1.5m per year and yet we're 6th in the league.

Honestly, what more do people expect when the board won't invest in the squad ? We're already punching above our weight financially, fact. Get rid of Moyes and get an attacking manager in, and MAYBE we'll be better in the cup competitions. Maybe.
