Tbh I've no idea. But I like the Idea of appointing someone that loves and understands the club like Royle and Kendall did.

I love the idea of it personally. Everyone connected to our club(and every club) should have some connection to it. Idealistic in the extreme I know and possibly a recipe for disaster as there's little room for sentiment in football these days.
