There upper wage is absolutely miles from ours

Might well be but their total wage bill is almost exactly the same.

Like Arsenal always going on about their wage cap, but then paying Anthony Stokes more when he was a youth player than first team players at Everton were on at the time.

I really don't know where to stand on this issue. Moyes has been fantastic for us in my opinion and it would be sad to see him leave. On the other hand, maybe we do need something fresh, someone with new ideas to take us forward. The aspect of going into the unknown with a new manager is what worries me most.

What about Ancelotti?

With rumors that Mourinho has been lined up to replace him he could be an excellent choice.
He said he wanted to manage in the Premier League again and Im sure he was interested in the Villa job a couple of years ago.

Won leagues, cups and Champions Leagues.

Not sure that Martinez is a winner any more than Moyes TBH. If we decide to go for a manager from our league he'd be the most likely one to get.

There's a big world outside the PL full of people who could do well for us though.

The more I think about it the more I think Moyes was perfect for where we were and getting us to this point. For the style of play to really shift permanently and for us to be competitive in the cups we need a new direction.

Are most of them 'moyes outers' or just 'Everton will survive losing moyesers ' ?

I was really aiming that at those who've been calling Moyes record "not won a pot, never won at Klanfield" & wanting a change of manager, rather than those who just think if he goes he goes.
