Computer games.

got the oculus rift now, so then ive tried both vive and rift. overall I think rift is the better one. its easier to put on ur head, less cables, integrated headphones makes it all easier. also i think the picture is a little bit better, even though the godrays are a bit more visible on the rift.
not much that differs between them though.

Are these devices hugely uncomfortable if you wear glasses?

just got motion sickness for the first time in a vr game. was playing project cars and driving go-karts. ( Also ate 3 donuts before playing it, which I'm sure didn't help :bye: )

before today I didn't think I could get motion sickness from VR. Have played alot of games where the camera move around alot without ever being sick.

Switch will flop badly in the UK at least - the cost of games is a good 1/3 higher than they should be. They don't have the killer line-up on launch or immediately incoming to justify the £60 per game price tag.

Which is annoying as I was looking forward to it. I expected £300 console price, £40 per game, and a good 2-3 more exciting launch titles. As it stands, won't be picking one up for a long time.
Totally agree, I genuinely think this will be the death of Nintendo as a hardware manufacturer, and as someone who's been a huge fan since the 80's I'm gutted. I have one on Pre-order (yeah I'm 37, so what, you got a problem with that?!), but I'll be cancelling. The cost for add-ons is eye watering, when you factor in the need of SD cards, charging grips, insane cost of controllers, and no game bundled in (what the hell were they thinking with that one?!).

Also I think they've gone way too much for the whole 'gimmick' factor. It worked for the Wii but that was two generations ago now.

That 1-2-Switch thing - which is basically a demo/proof-of-concept disc that should be completely free as an optional download, nevermind on a disc... they're actually charging £40 for it.

This is a game mode for it.

Milk: Players must use gestures and specific button presses in order to milk a virtual cow, with the aim to milk more jugs than their opponent.

Nintendo are mentalists. I'm with you on what you say - wanted it badly to succeed as I don't just want console alternatives to be basically just terrible PCs, which are what the XBox and PS4 are. There's room for attracting a casual/wider market, but Nintendo have completely snatched defeat from the jaws of victory here.

It's not just them. Sony are making you pay for that bunch of crap demos for PSVR.
