Computer games.

Can't play 30FPS games on consoles mate. Not elitist, but it actually hurts my eyes after a while. So for my purposes if a PC version exists, that's the version I go for.

That's fine of course.

You don't strike me as a fan of the series though, like I can't remember you saying you enjoyed the previous games so not sure you'd like this no matter what. Can't fathom why you're so anti it when it's something you're not into. But hey.

I can't really go into the technical stuff. It's not what I know. But i can tell a game that has a gripping story, an utterly immersive environment and plays pretty well.

I'm not saying this is perfect as it is not but as a fan of the series it's really great.

Was literally just watching that. Awful stuff.

Apparently the game is extremely competitive. When I heard they weren't giving out review copies alarm bells started ringing tbh

To be fair they did that with Doom as well, and that turned out to be ace

Around £5 for Bioshock 1 & 2, X-COM: Bureau Declassified, Mafia II, Darkness II and Spec Ops: The Line, with more to come.

Or, in other words, the biggest gaming no-brainer ever.

After giving it a proper good long play yesterday I can confirm that video is utter utter rubbish.

Aye, close to 20 hours in here and I've barely scratched the surface on the story.

Had one or two problems but nothing major, they're very easy to look past - looks a bit poor now and again in the rain and had a mission where the colours on the wall flickered to purple for a split second. Had more problems with the current FIFA than this game.

Apart from that, the story is great and is told very very well. The missions do have a bit of repetition to them but they make sense as you're deconstructing the Mob.

It's not as great as Mafia 2 but it's just so fun and enjoyable.

The bit where it all goes tits up is effing horrific. In a good way!

Haha. It's a huge downgrade from Mafia 2. Not just technically but also in terms of atmosphere and attention to detail, the little things that make a game world come to life.

If people enjoy it then cool, but it doesn't feel like a Mafia game at all, more like GTA 1968.

By the way, the people that made the original Mafia (Mafia 3 is a different dev team) are working on a nice looking medieval game, Kingdom Come: Deliverance if anyone's interested.

Still loving hero Siege, highly recommend it. Can Get it both mobile and pc.

Once you have got past a certain point and get lucky with the relics you pick up then you can sweep through the game. I finished it at the weekend and playing through on the harder difficulty now. But brilliant when you find weapons that give you massive boosts. Level up 2 more times and i get to use a weapon where i get like 2k health per hi back and 1000 mana i think .

just go the marksman, run round, drop a turret, shoot a few people then get enough mana back for my second turret. In comparison, each turret does 10 times the damage i do lol

PES 2017 is ace, best footy game I've ever played. Which doesn't mean much I suppose as i stopped playing them a few years ago as my then PC couldn't play them smooth enough(Although I had FIFA 14 but didn't like it), no problem that anymore so invested in PES and I love it.
