Fair points. He has a lot of clout, no question. My belief though is that he clings onto his interest at Everton because he's not inconvenienced by it, as his interest is not the subject of intense, nationwide speculation. It's just money that is as safe as houses which he'll get a good return on (this year or ten years time, he doesn't care as long as he or his family get that return).

He's obviously got his claws into Kenwright very deeply (for reasons alluded to by others on here who've been shouted down or their threads pulled because of the exact nature as to why Kenwright is beholden to Green). Kenwright, though, would hate a big spotlight getting shone onto Green precisely becuase of that.

That's the roadblock. That relationship. We all know it.

Yep, we have to find a way to flush out Pip.

The PL CE should be the focal point in terms of highlighting if the club is running foul of owenership laws. If the PL won,t get involed then maybee FiFA.

Of course I would wish the greatest living evertonian would fess up himself in the intrest of the club but that seems to be an execlusion point for the greatest living evertonian.

PL rules are that anyone owning more than 10% of a club has to be named. BCR Sports own 23% and Earl is it's mere representative. A breakdown of who is in that financial vehicle and how much specifically they own is well in order. I'd imagine Sheepshank and Hugh Robertson the Sports Minister would be the appropriate people (although you can imagine the horror of the former being petitioned to look into the affairs of luvvies' Everton).

Someone mentioned a good point above, the short term loan that got quite a lot of people very angry this time last year, has that happened again or not?

really , if thats true and the price they are asking for us compared to spurs and newcastle they will laugh in our faces

Forget the price

Newcastle are the only team in the city and have one of the best grounds in the country

Spurs have some world class players own there training ground are not tied down to kitbag and are based in the capital

And have the green light to build a massive new stadium, and are in with a shout for the Olympic stadium.

After reading in this thread last night that colin fitz was tweeting coded messages about the Qatari royals & EFC, I 'dared to dream'. After catching up with the last few pages just now, the crashing drop in my levels of excitement is like being on this
