Graphs all over the show.

Dave if you wanted to scare us with a graph, you should have had the line going down....

That's the scary bit though, Danny: line going up = still making losses (primarily because they cant cap the wage bill). The way out of the mess? Facility led strategy = down the toilet. This coming financial year with poor performance on the playing side = less matchday cash from tv/attendance figures down/PL placement money down. It just spells one thing to me: they either find a buyer for the club or they start selling.

That Pienaar lad looks like a right Judas to me...and the Yak and Jo are lazy [Poor language removed]...and Rodwell...he's just an unrproven kid...sell that lot.

And so it goes...

:o

Chico it is not all about wages. It is about income to pay the wages.

That is the core issue, how can the club make more money. Would you like to see ticket prices match Man U. The point is GP generates about 800,000 to 900,000 pounds per home game. At the Emirates, Chelsea and Man U they generate about 3 million. Also the RS receive a lot more.

So it is about income hence the hope for Kirkby.

Right, so its not worth the fanfare then? Sounds like a rather pathetic attempt to appease the fans.

Why are we not making money?

Well there is an arguement to suggest that a football club shouldnt make money, or rather all money goes back into the club, as we just about broke even - it could be said all the money went back into the operating the club. Not as much as we would all like it has to be said.

I was thinking will the the stadium scandel see us having any access to ringfenced funds, or will the cost of not having to fund the destination Kirkby roadshow (call in could have cost us millions) make any difference to cash in hand for players. Who knows probably not though.

Right, so no chance of quilted seats then.
