Picking Canning Town has proper cracked me up. Know you audience, Mark Noble was probably there throwing digs.
What a daft way to protest. Speaking this week who are developing technologies in areas such as plastics recycling, greener batteries and public transportation, and it's hard not to feel a lot more sympathy for people who are doing something constructive to help matters than plonkers supergluing their hand to an electric train.

Thing is, at that time of the morning too (6-8am) it's mainly people either going to college or going in to do a day's labour. 30 mins later and yes you'd be disrupting the "City" traffic, but at that time, rightly or wrongly, it was only ever going to go one way, especially when the protester tries to boot that lad in the face
