I was tempted to warn him for circumventing the swear filter.
What the frack?!
(As they would say on Battlestar Galactica)

Look just let them demonstrate peacefully in Hyde Park not blocking bridges near a hospital, the miners were fighting for their livelihoods on closure of pits that the then Thatcher government denied would happen....
The brutal way they were treated was way overlooked.....
Oh and the they did shut most pits instantly on a redundancy programmes closing nearly every pit in the UK ....
China still uses fossil fuels to generate electricity......
The UK have reduced coal to a minimum.....
Hence my point they are demonstrating against a country who is way ahead of many others on climate change.......
I don't think it's hard to find numerous holes in the logic of the protester's arguments, it's equally hard to find anyway to describe calling them 'crusties' is in any way statesmanlike.
Boris should have kept out of it and merely asked what the London Mayor proposed to do about it.....
I do have a bit of respect for these protesters though. Although far fewer in number than those referred to in my opening post, they have been very effective at causing maximum disruption with minimum resource. However they are upsetting the wrong people. They could just as easily have parked outside of the Chinese and USA embassies, or indeed the embassy of any government doing the most polluting and really get the message across.....
It's just so rare for @Joey66 to talk with confidence about things he's completely uniformed about. You're not really that surprised he's said that are you?
Then abandoned the car but left it on idle. Insult to injury. To be fair, the American ambassador would probably just have run them over and then fled the country.
Gas out of the coal......Fracking for coal?![]()
According to Boeing's Web site, the 747 burns approximately 5 gallons of fuel per mile (12 liters per kilometer). How much is carosine foul a gallon please joe ?
Oh of course...here's me thinking it was Shale Gas.Gas out of the coal......
They have found oil just outside Hull, they think it could be the biggest field for decades found around the UK.Yes she left tons of black gold in the ground which they are now trying to frack .....progress not - using smokeless coal this year just remember that cow stated gas would be in the North Sea in abundance for eternity ....even the fumes off gas is only 20 percent less than coal - the biggest joke is the new electric cars when they plug them in how much demand on a power station is going to pollute the atmosphere?
Jumbo jets use carosine fuel that is far more polluting than any car fuel .......
In today's technology clean coal could have been used if Thatcher had not flooded all the major pits - so what did I buy now imported cheap rubbish EU coal or Colombian coal how ecological is that ?......They have found oil just outside Hull, they think it could be the biggest field for decades found around the UK.
There are hundreds of years worth of coal under the UK on current levels of use , if it were possible to burn clean it would be worth billions to whom ever found the key to doing it.

Trying smokeless this year as the price is coming down - as I stated if everyone moved to electric cars how would the power stations cope? As gas oil and coal not in abundance plus the co2 levels would be not much better.....
plus we only just keep the lights on now - never mind running power stations for plug in transport...... plus we as a country have binned nuclear power so much there is a time gap - we sit on a reserve of coal that would last for ever....... Thanks to Maggie the witch.......
Yell at China and the USA, and Russia that then........Also the oil rigs and the Gas rigs it cost nothing to extract - Oh and we import most of the two products as the North Sea reserves are running low........plus inferior coal from abroad......It cost more to take the coal out of the ground than the coal could be sold for. Also coal is, even smokeless coal (a lovely marketing term), a major pollutant. Coal is not an energy strategy in the 21st century.
