Thank you for that link. It was indeed a difficult read, reminiscent of accounts of life in the Soviet Gulag. Sadly, I won't be holding my breath for any UN sanctions against the Chinese government.A difficult but important read this:

Tough to read that and one very brave lady.
How anyone can stick up for them is beyond me.

Do have to grimace about the now fashionable outrage of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
About a decade too late to act against CCP, when plans were commenced for Uncle XI full state visit was when to register protest which he completed with much UK political and media excitement. The abuses they are committing are not new they have practised them for decades.
Those who did register protest were just the great unwashed now named Wokies. Who knew nothing of grown up politics...
So good job on empowering and allowing the legitimacy of CCP grow, another cheek turned in the pursuit of capitalism...

TBF even now Trump gets more abuse (from left, centre and right) than Xi does - yes, Donald is a scumbag but he’s not (yet) leading a state that does what they do.
Biden and the rest of the world are going to have to accept reality here and deal with what has been happening.
