Delph - I'm giving benefit of doubtThis is going to be a real problem area this season.
Gomez aside* that's looking very second rate.
Baningime cant get a squad number, so I dont suppose he's anywhere near an appearance.
*harsh on Gbamin, but taking this first appearance as evidence anyway.
When / if Delph plays I'd play him between defence and midfield.I agree. Throw in the fact Gomes is more than capable of throwing in a run of form where he will have to be benched and it is a huge cause for concern. Think we're banking everything on Delph showing some quality but then you wonder how many times he will even make it onto the pitch.
The 4-2-3-1 = I'm done with it.I think you answered your own point there...
Harsh on Gbamin who had no preseason games and about 1 weeks training.
Will be Gbamin and Gomes going forward. The others as backup.
Next season is where we will add some cherries on top of the squad.
I have doubts about all them, tbf.Delph - I'm giving benefit of doubt
Davies - really positive today
Gbamin - will he learn from today - who knows?
Gomes - we all assume he will deliver his best consistently
Schneiderlin - dead to me
So, yeah, it might be a problem, but it's too early to know
