20 minutes of awesome!!!

Points:

The Stratos is painted wrong. Martini or nothing.
The 555 Impreza driver is a ballerina. Only 1 shot where he wasn't pirouetting.
The ALS on that Evo eh????? Mean!!!
See how fast that S1 was? With the start overlayed with the 911, just goes to show even in its formative year, Group B was bonkers!!!!

S1... 590 bhp... Amazing...

Ha! Nah, I'm trying to get the missus to get one. I think they're quite decent.

How are you finding it??
Nice drive mate if I'm honest. Learnt in a yaris so it feels like a tank compared to that, especially given I'm 6'3 as well. What I would say is that the boot and space in the back is a lot less generous than you would imagine, but with regards to driving I have no grumbles at all, the reversing cameras help as well!

Yes, my thoughts are, great built. Reliable and Japanese. But as you say people make the mistake, its not a quashqui, its a small car!!

An 05 passat estate, full of scratches from when my son comes down the drive on his bike and goes right down the side of it with his pedals or handle bars. Its whats known in the trade as a Sally Gunnell , not much to look at but a ******* good runner.

'58 Ford Fiesta Zetec, cat-scratched black. Still no idea how something so gutless can drink fuel like it does. Control yourself ladies ;)
Also a motorcyclist, to win back some brownie points.

What do you need and what's your budget?

Been trying to find another Megane Estate 1.5 diesel, but all that seem to be available have tons of miles, I know the diesel engines are good for a lot of miles but other parts start to be needing to be replaced as well on high milage cars.
only looking to spend about 2 grand and as I say for that they have a lot more miles on than mine did (87,000), which makes a bit of a mockery of the amount that they gave me.

Spending all this time looking for 1 but if I get 1 of the jobs ive applied for then I wont be needing to cart all the tools & locks around with me (boot is huge), mine was doing avg. 62 mpg though so it'd still be good for getting to work.

Was just about to go look at a vauxhall signum as got a big boot & similar mpg, but reviews say that the middle 'seat' in the back isnt really 1 & pyar uncomfy. So sacked that off.

In fact if I got 1 of the jobs I'd use the mrs arl 'gunnel' of a fiesta diesel & get her a newer 1.

Rather than an older megane with 140 ish k on that are 2 - 2 1/2 grand I'd get an newer shape 1 for about 3 1/2 with the same mileage, theory being that a 4 yr old car with those miles will have a full service history & all repairs done cos more than likely a company car that was leased/ hired etc.

Proper sick of looking now.

Why not look at first and try it out, never mind some TP report.
