Charger Hellcat. 707 ponies, son.
It saddens me that petrol prices in the UK are so extortionately high that owning a car such as this would be pointless here.

I thought about doing it then, too. Really wish I would have.

I grew up on Mopars (Chryslers, for you uninitiated Euros), but they definitely lost their way during the Daimler Chrysler years. Their new stuff though has been ace.

Not that I could ever afford one, the only car I'm aspiring towards right now is a Jeep Renegade, but that's a while off yet for me.

(Or, possibly the new Compass if they do a diesel version in the US, but I'm banking on that rumor not actually happening)

Crysler/Dodge/Fiat makes some sweet looking big cars. Their reliablity record kind of worries me (except for Jeep Wranglers). As someone who drives smaller cars I was also kind of disapointed in the Dart. Thought it could have been so much better.

Problem with diesels over here is that they price them $4-5K greater. The Cruze Diesel (27/47mpg) is $4K more than the Cruze Eco (29/38mpg). Basic Golfs are already overpriced at around 22-25K while Golf TDI's are in the 27.5-31K range.

Haven't driven a Dart, but I did comb over one quite thoroughly at a car show once, so does that count? :P

I like it, but I also really like that size of car (big compact/small midsize).

You make some compromises if you want a compact to be that big, and I can see if the extra rear leg room doesn't mean much to you how the Focus or a couple of others are much better choices.

All moot for me right now anyway, got a while left on the loan for my Altima and I plan to drive the thing until it dies to save teh monies. New vehicle is at least 5 years out unless my freelancing career takes off massively.

And yes, diesels are more expensive, but I rarely, if ever, do city driving, and do at least one 160 mile round trip a week, sometimes two! That extra highway gas mileage would pay for it right quick.

Quick car advice needed

Noticed her car is a little low on coolant.

A) what is coolant?

And

B) does it matter what type I top it up with?

Cheers in advance!

Can't believe i can answer this, but I think I can (i had the issue with my car). You need to buy a big bottle of anti-freeze

http://www.halfords.com/motoring/engine-oils-fluids/antifreeze

and just top it up, it keeps the car cool. Needs to be anti-freeze as if it freezes I guess it could mess things up. I'm not sure why some are different prices, i just got the cheapest one. Check it now and again a few weeks later to make sure the pipe hasn't got a leak. Mine did, took it in and pretty sure I got ripped off for other things but I don't have a clue. Just don't go to Halfords garage if you need to take your car in.

Thanks again.
