Carra the clown to get the push?

I think they'll want someone a bit younger than Aldo. If they go for someone in that age bracket I reckon it'll be John Barnes

They'll want someone closer to Carraghers age who can work all the wacky machines with Neville

Gerrard is with BT, so he's out

Fowler or Mcateer will get it I think

they couldn't give it to Mcateer, half the country would listen to his expert opinion for two minutes and think the Russians had sprayed them with nerve agent

MNF needed a kick up the backside anyway. A failed manager who couldn’t manage his way out of a paper bag criticising guys like Mourinho and Guardiola whilst a player who has never won the premier league is criticising some of its greatest players. Really it’s just a United Liverpool wankfest for their legion of armchair fans. I haven’t seen a pundit for a long time say something about the game that wasn’t absolutely obvious. ‘Great finish’ ‘3 at the back’ ‘lost his man at the set piece’. It’s as though they think people have never seen football before.
Best thing on there ever was when they invited Rooney on and Carragher tried to draw some parallel with Salah, Firmino, Mane and Rooney, Tevez, Ronaldo - and Wayne laughed in his face.

The feller's a 'kin tool with his obvious analysis and squeaky arsed voiced.

Big hard man Carragher spits at a little girl, what a big lad lol

But seriously, he’s being goaded by someone who thinks it’s ok to film yourself doing just that whilst driving with your daughter in the car. Putting some Facebook likes and big lad points (and now cash from selling his video to the scumrags) ahead of your own flesh and bloods safety.

Carragher wasn’t at work, and he’s said sorry, I don’t see why he should be sacked, the father should have the book thrown at him.

It is the most polite goading i have ever seen the guy has hardly tailgated him for miles shouting non stop abuse, and funny how this apology is made a full day after the incident when the video is released for all to see.

The actions of Carragher are 100% indefensible.

What a statement to put out. Bascially its saying "we're punishing him with a suspension...but not really because he was off anyway...so bollocks to you all. We keep the spitter"

Sky will come out Dave with something like "We're happy that Jamie has shown great remorse and apologised to the young girl and her dad, and we now consider the matter closed, but have warned him of his future conduct"

The next bit will be the girls dad appearing on Sky (in the background you will see him slyly being handed a fat brown envelope) saying it was all just "Banter" and "Jamie has always been my favourite footy pundit"

Carragher's a 'kin scumbag.

He'll survive this and carry on, but his credibility is shattered for good. Spitting all over a young kid like that will never be erased. Sky have just created a big problem for themselves going forward too. Wheres the consistency in their actions on removing errant commentators? Does Rodney Marsh deserve worse for his Toon Army/Tsunami idiot remark? Do Gray and Keys with their smash that nonsense? If it was Joey Barton he'd be in Walton tonight.

Dangerous precedents are created here.

It's sad mate that sky will probably view their ratings as taking precedent over a vile act of spitting.
