It was 2mph.....
Im amazed in this day and age that people still are not bothered about drivers on mobiles whilst driving. Carragher's actions were vile but i'm sure all the loved ones of people who have died/been in an accident due to driving whilst using a mobile would actually see the other moron as worse.
I just hope he gets a large fine and 6 points for his 5 minutes of fame and whatever £££ the Mirror paid him for his video.

Carragher's behaviour - absolutely disgusting, the only thing that could have made it worse would have been if he'd run into the back of someone mid-spit because he certainly wasn't watching the road! The father in the other car filming on his phone whilst driving, really didn't give monkeys about his fourteen year old daughter all he could see was £££££ signs flashing in front of his eyes!
During the Sky News interview tweets quoted from, of all people Vinny Jones, and Joey Barton the same Joey Barton that tried to stub his cigar out in someone's eye a while ago ! Then to top it all the third tweet quoted from a certain Mr David Thompson telling the world how he's known Carragher for thirty years and what a wonderful person he is and how out of character it is!

He was also cautioned for Common Assault (which can include spitting) in 2008....another roadside altercation.

Liverpool's traumatic season continued yesterday after it emerged that their vice-captain, Jamie Carragher, had been arrested by police and cautioned for common assault following an incident on his way to training.
Carragher was questioned on Wednesday after a witness reported seeing a roadside argument in Crosby on Tuesday morning between the former England international and another man.
Carragher had been travelling to training at the club's Melwood ground and, after the assault was reported to police, the alleged victim also came forward to report the Liverpool defender. The police then arranged an appointment to formally interview Carragher, who accepted a caution.
The acceptance of a caution is regarded by English law as an admission of guilt and will be placed on file by the police.
"We can confirm that a 30-year-old man from the Blundellsands area received a police caution for common assault in relation to an incident on Liverpool Road, Crosby, on Tuesday February 26," a spokesman for Merseyside Police said.
Common assault is the lowest form of assault and can include anything from spitting to shoving. Liverpool declined to comment, but the incident may serve as a fresh distraction at the worst possible time of the season for manager Rafael Benitez.
