Cancelling this season's Premier League

Should football be canceled until August and this season declared null and void?

No problem with that tbh, a fake title.

I honestly would rather they won it in a closed off stadium.

They already have severe delusions of entitlement would be awful seeing the league waxing lyrical over how "they deserved to be awarded it" with the BBC's front page about how Man City were happy to concede the title to a "Rampant Red side" it would be awful and fuel their ego's even more.

They'll cancel the league but award LFC the title.

Absolutely guaranteed.
If cancelling the league is the best thing to do to help the health of the nation then it's the right thing to do. It's just that simple to most of us.

As for awarding titles. Only one group care about it that much, and all the rest of us can treat that and them with the contempt it deserves.

I keep reading of these meetings of stakeholders about the plans for this seasons remaining fixtures
Yet nowhere do I see where fans are being asked what they think , what we want? What we think of the plans?
Are they even aware that most fans are becoming more and more disillusioned with football as it is now? Do they even care?
The season is dead. I dont care about it anymore. I am not excited by the thought of it restarting. It is not a competition worth my time.
Yet they will stop at nothing to carry on

Their reaction is all about money, nothing about health and welfare of players fans, employees etc.
It disgusts me.

if they re start this season, it could be a situation where there is very little in it, apart from money to the clubs for most teams, so fans will stay away and prioritise health and upholding the social distancing principal (even though it may have officially been relaxed by then), the only team that will be well supported are the RS so it will be completely transparent why the season is being finished and next season's credibility is put in jeaopardy at the risk of being log-jammed.

I CGAF about this season, I don't want me or my family or others to die unnecessarily. If they push this. through, I hope the RS get such a fixture backlog next season that. they fail to qualify for euro or other such calamity befalls them, putting health below the desire to win a pot, well done lurkers, well done.

The thing with restarting it, is it’s giving teams a chance to get injury hit players back, such as Kane with Spurs, Gbamin with us, the relegation teams with their injuries, and therefore games will be more competitive so it wouldn’t necessarily be a given that the RS get the two wins they need, especially when they still have us, Chelsea, Arsenal and what would be a full strength City to play

It definitely would be a given
