I would concur. I would also add that our passing game (yes at the back you heard me) is coming on, after what can only be called a shaky start.Rodwell's passing is great today, like i said, VDM, Neville both playing well, Johnson missing a few good chances, but playing well, Juckiewitz is playing well, good heading etc...
...basically not much to complain about
We have strung some nice passes together. Andy continues to impress, Rodwell seems to be all over the place, and Lucas is a much taller lad than expected.
I must be going blind, even Neville is having a good game. Yes, I kow its Cambridge, and I know that its more about fitness, but to me pre-season is also about cementing your style of football, and Everton have begun to get that mixture of on the carpet, and some high balls, but interestingly aimed at someone and not just flung in the air like last season.
A fitness friendly, but bodes well. I expect a much higher performance on Tuesday.
