Burnley Case

It just opens up so many cans of worms for the league and I hope they end up getting bitten hard.

Can we sue the FA for the value of Sigurdsson and use that to pay Burnley?

If they ever pass a judgment on Man City they can expect dozens of financial claims by about 25 clubs who missed out on titles, cups, europe, got relegated in seasons city would have been demoted... etc

No worries, it was all over the place at the time, and it still gets repeated now, but it was a fundamental failure to understand words.
Ok. With that being said: what was the reasoning or evidence presented that there was an unfair sporting advantage? Curious at this point. One team's financial irregularities are tantamount to heresy and treason, (ours) and another team's can be explained away as book keeping quirks and a little self imposed reflection will suffice as punishment. ( anyone else).

I think the club just needs to prosecute the appeal to its fullest extent now. It’s ok being practical but apart from the fact that Burnley are just chancers, there is a bigger picture to consider here so the club should stick to their guns.
Burnley know that the appeal could reduce the award so they might take a deal

TFG very likely have a clause against this case with Moshiri

Moshiri only took 25 million out of the deal so he’s now likely getting nothing

Would be interesting if they settle at 25 million

What
Sticks in the craw on a personal level to pay them anything. A club who perennially gets relegated regardless who’s decided to jump on a season when we were ran appallingly - no wonder Burnley fans are laughing their arses off.
