The renewal of contracts for utter failures suggests you're probably right.

However, these owners need to show some intent beyond sell to buy or there'll be a riot on their hands given the way they've exploited fans so far.

Every ST holder hands over 1000 times more of their wealth proportionally speaking to Everton than this lot do.

They need to show some commitment. This summer.

They cant be using this as a Kenwright-esque excuse.

Taking a step back for a minute, this wouldn't be a cost that directly affects the new squad cost rules, right? And there's no way the Friedkin's would do a deal with Moshiri that doesn't involve coverage of this exact scenario (IE Moshiri is liable for the legal cost of PSR-related failings, not Friedkins).
