You get £55 mill of that in parachute payments - while we will pay Burnley £40 mill.

They may as well have not been relegated financially.

I reckon lots of teams will start their legal proceedings against us now. Precedent has been set. Could finish us, this. All they have to do is lodge their legal cases and the club will be terrified to spend any money on the team for the foreseeable because we will be hemorrhaging money.

Imagine this summer will go from who can we buy to who can we sell.

No one id think the other clubs to be relegated the year in relation to Burnley were Watford and Norwich and they were well cut a drift, Burnley were only 4 points behind - their argument was we failed PSR that year - if the 6 point deduction for the breach that year had been applied that year they would have stayed up . The year in question is 21/22 - the year Lampard was here and kept us up.

They had salary clauses for relegation which saved them approx 50% of PL wages.
Also they were on TV almost every week whilst top of the league.

I'd argue they made more money in the championship than they ever could in the PL

Recall this was part of our argument so how the hell we lost god only knows.
