Agree to disagree. Think he's talented and skilled enough to handle it. As far as "Can't get on the pitch" I'm not sure what you're talking about. He just started 2 qualifiers in a row. Would've played more under Klinsy if they didn't have the falling out they did. This is the same Klinsy that wouldn't start Pulisic ahead of Graham Zusi.

Guzan also never played for Houston.

In retrospect it's amazing Klinsy lasted as long as he did. Some of the dross he put out on the pitch was downright amazing.

With no-one else declaring they're likely to play a hand, and FIFA ruling out Europe and Asia, I think it's nailed on that this 3-way bid will win the vote.

Maybe only Australia and New Zealand could run it close. Somewhere like Colombia or Morocco MIGHT have been in with a chance of a 32-team tournament, but they're unable to host a 60-game, 48-team tournament.

Let's be honest...how many single countries can actually manage this

Possibly only France, Germany, Spain, America and - at a real push - Brazil.
England could by 2026 if Everton and Tottenham are both opening new stadiums. Technically the home nations is a joint bid but that would be a tremendous tournament. Probably not until 2034 though as FIFA have plans for a 100th anniversary is Uruguay/Argentina I've heard

Really who can host a 60-match tournament? The increase in size has significantly reduced the pool of hosts.

Also, I only popped in here to say that Bob Bradley needs to shut his gob and get on with his life. He's worse than Paul Ince for moaning about being discriminated against when the fact of the matter is that he was crap.

Here he is having a go at the Swansea owners who called hiring him a mistake. What does he expect them to do? He was crap.

Can't wait.

I'd love for them to have a match in Ottawa but the stadium here is far too small. Which means Toronto and Montreal.

Looked a tidy little set-up when I visited Ottawa Fury's ground back in September. Except for the red seats, of course.

Hence why Montreal are my Canadian (and MLS) team of choice.

Same. I also support the Montreal Canadiens as well so that helped.

Presumably a lot of these add-on matches will also be progressively more poorly attended. But I doubt FIFA will relax their standards for only wanting the most massive cathedrals.
