Forum members of a certain age will remember going 0-2 down to Sheffield Wed at Wembley and the same v Wimbledon at Goodison.Just thankful that our present 'support' wasn't at those games.
Harsh? Do they honestly think that being abused is going to make players up their game? More likely hide or phone their agent to look for a move.See a certain Mr R Barkley.I think that’s a bit harsh on today’s supporters. Many of the fans shouting abuse at the players, myself included, do indeed remember going 2-0 down to SW. The difference is that we used to compete, in all competitions, and now we don’t.......
Poor little darlings...feel so sorry for them crying while earning more per year than most of us do in a lifetime.....lot of them dont give a monkeys about the fans anywayHarsh? Or both maybe,we will never know and doubt he will ever say.So he wanted to leave because he was booed?!
I’m really sure it was more to do with money for him and his agent.
All very true, but we really.want better performance levels from them which.booing is not likely to achieve.Poor little darlings...feel so sorry for them crying while earning more per year than most of us do in a lifetime.....lot of them dont give a monkeys about the fans anyway

Fairly sure Everton regressing and his career stalling played a part as well... not to mention the chance to play for a team who actually wins things and competes in the champions league. Im sure money will have played a factor as well but ultimately im sure he's done what most normal people would do... weigh up positives and negatives of a potential move and then realise there are no positives for staying at Everton beyond it being his boyhood club, and if thats the only reason to stay somewhere then it's probably best to leave.
John Stones left after suffering years of abuse at the hands of our supporters.
Kenny will be next.
