Blues blamed for City bus damage

Despicable comments from a truely despicable individual. Thompson claims that his comments were a "joke" but there's a very serious and sinister side to this story. He made his comments in the full knowledge that the press would report them and thus was appempting to smear us, all the while knowing that the same press would never mention the fact that it was meant to be a "joke". It was the calculated act of a horrible individual who's about as funny as STD.

Give scourers a bad name all round the world those scruffy little bellends, you can almost guarantee that they will do something shameful and embarrassing, but the press never hold them accountable, only them and the press helping them could turn saying the word 'Heysel' into a taboo subject
Dont this lot of scum ever learn, weeks before this tie a fan group printed a leaflet saying turn up the heat when the city coach arrives and look what happened.Once again as SpongeBob said it ties us in with that lot of vermin coming from the same city as us,but as we all know nothing will happen to them.Totally despise the horrible b@@tards.

They all wear the media mask so well but show their true colours whenever it inevitably slips just like Carragher did. That whole club from top to bottom is pure vermin. They’ll stop at nothing for s shred of success and then grind it in the faces of anyone they can. Horrible institution with one of the most violent bitter fan bases in England.

They boo a keeper for having the audacity to get kicked in the face standing straight up, they boo the black man who was a victim of racism by one of their own, they cheer the racist whenever he gets mentioned, they refuse to acknowledge their part in the deaths of 39 people, they sing songs about a plane crash killing a "rival" teams players.

Nope, nothing pervasive in that club at all, it's "a few select whoppers".
Yep, as you say tongue in cheek, " a few whoppers " A huge few

The ‘it’s a minority’ line doesn’t wash because almost every other club has eliminated their ‘minority’. You only see this type of behaviour in a select few fan bases with Liverpool being one of the worst offenders. That’s because whilst other clubs have cracked down on their hooligan element in order to guarantee safe matchday experience, Liverpool have empowered theirs by turning a blind eye to it and encouraging it. Always somebody else’s fault. Sadly they now know that the Merseyside police won’t touch them either.

Clearly, it was a plan by us to do that to City. We lulled them into a false sense of security by clapping them, then viciously attacked them to lay blame on the Gobshoites!

Curses! Foiled again!

guy rang in to Jim White this morning insisting it was 'only a few' and White was starting to get annoyed with him basically saying that in all the pictures of the bus it looks like a few hundred, and the caller was insisting that the pictures were doctored/fake!! Also there was an RS fan who rang the show to say him and his mate had been hit in the face by a bottle thrown by other RS fans. It's sad because they will keep doing this and keep getting away with it, but the rest of English football will get tarnished by their behaviour.

Just been watching a report on this on Spanish tv here. They showed the scenes from outside (including the flare alight on the roof of the bus) and then Guardiola's sarcastic "thank you for protecting us" when they got off and then he said "Ashamed".
Bullets in the post!!!

It's always the same when aggressors are appeased. Historically we know what it leads to. There'll be blood on UEFAs hands too if they don't stop this lot in their tracks. Sure as eggs is eggs they'll do something to cause serious injury or much worse. They have that mentality that they are more of a Turkish "ultra" type support and are out there in terms of how much they will demonstrate their loyalty to their team. They are followed now by a different generation to the one that learned lessons after Heysel. They aren't deterred by that history and possibly are even spurred on by that reputation they gained.

I'll say this becuse it's true: they have a lot of fans attached to that club who are paramilitary. If the authorities don't wake up to this and act they WILL cause another outrage. Not IF but WILL.

I think the biggest problem for them is how eager they are to prove themselves to each other.

Who can smash a window on the mancs bus? Who can steal the most tickets in Athens? They have a culture over there which celebrates the people who do this as being some sort of heroes. They don't think the usual laws apply to them because they're Liverpool.

Can you just imagine if that was their team bus going into The Etihad last night? Petitions to get the game replayed, bullets in the post...

will any ex-reds be retweeting this, yanno, as they don't condone what happened

They’ll ban one or two for a season from Anfield (which won’t impact them at all as they won’t even go the game) then sweep the whole thing under the carpet.

It will be a long drawn out investigation go take the sting out of it and avoid any punishment for the club.
