Got rid of Kenwright.
No they didn't. Don't be sillyGot rid of Kenwright.
No one got rid of Kenwright, however Kenwright got rid of Johnson, found us a new billionaire owner who has since sorted a new stadium down the docks for us, another thing the BU were crying about a few weeks ago.Got rid of Kenwright.
Ironic, right?

No. That's like saying I toppled Gadaffi by telling people I didn't like him.The constant pressure built to a crescendo and BK was losing the press wars. Those fellers were central to that.
It was a bit more than that.No. That's like saying I toppled Gadaffi by telling people I didn't like him.

It;s called soft power. They didn't have to be able to force owners out, they made it plain that their every deal and every failure to step up would be highlighted. And the difficulties of Kenwright's backers did the rest in the end.No it didn't mate. I appreciate these lads and KEIOC did a decent job of raising issues, but they are so far away from any levers of power or influence that they are really irrelevant. Decent lads who want the best for Everton but have no more of a voice with the board than you or I..............
Mmhmm. It was all thanks to them. You're right Dave.It was a bit more than that.
I dont know why there's so much animosity from some toward the BU and KEIOC. If you didn't have them you'd be sitting in Kirkby tomorrow with El Presidente Of Westvale Bill Kenwright entertaining Ron Round and other the local dignitaries.

That were no place near that, in fact more people stood and clapped his appearance on the big screen then turned up at there silly protests or drinkies in the casaThe constant pressure built to a crescendo and BK was losing the press wars. Those fellers were central to that.
How anyone seeing what Kenwright did to Everton for 17 years can believe he hung in there to make the best handover is beyond me. We stood still in an era when money was falling out of the trees...worse, he had Everton holding fire sales and in debt up to their eyeballs. That were no place near that, in fact more people stood and clapped his appearance on the big screen then turned up at there silly protests or drinkies in the casa
Truth is he left on his terms when the time was right, if those clowns had a hand in it they would of happily seen us sold to any no marks like Blackburn did, and so many other clubs have done.
Got rid of Kenwright.
