Foot Long Hot Dog
Player Valuation: A packet of pork scratchings
They tend to take the asset and dispose of it. That doesn't quite work for a football stadium.Nonsense. What mortgager seizes your income?

lolWhen Moshiri breaks any meaningful record at Everton that might become a pointed question.
There isn't a beef amongst any match going Blues that I know. He's made more progress in a year than we managed in the previous decade plus.Don't see what the beef is with Mosh, seems to be making pretty positive moves to me
We dont.First point, I couldn't care less whether it's 5,10 or 40 years. We will own it and the stadium will be there for generations to come.
The second is just incorrect. We retain control over our finances. We just have to pay the money back, same as any loan/mortgage.
The proposed security package comprises:
- EFC opening two bank accounts in EFC’s name, but charged in favour of the LCC SPV.
- The first account (Cash Flow Account) will be used as security for the payment of the rent in the Occupational Lease by EFC. All season ticket revenue, hospitality fees and naming rights income will be credited to this account. EFC are only entitled to access and use the funds once the rent for the forthcoming year has been paid.
We have a riverside stadium?lol
I'd say delivering a new riverside stadium would trump a season in which we won nothing in terms of our history like
We dont.
Chelseas owner is 10X as rich as Moshiri and he's been there 13 years and they're no closer to a new stadium than us. City's owners wouldn't of touched them with a pooey stick if it wasn't for the commonwealth games stadium.Did Arsenal put the cash up for the Emirates?
Has Levy put his hand is his pocket to pay for the new stadium?
Will Abramovich pay for Chelsea's new stadium in cash?
Did Bayern Munich pay for the Allianz in cash?
No, no, no and no.
You think we won't find £14.4m per season? We dont.

I've asked this a few times and none of the critics have even attempted an answer, but who (if anyone) has purchased a club in one stadium and then purchased them a new stadium elsewhere?
Agreed, much as I respect Bill keeping the club afloat I think Moshiri has shown us a much brighter future is possible! There isn't a beef amongst any match going Blues that I know. He's made more progress in a year than we managed in the previous decade plus.
