Yes mate it was that confidential that Kenwright several times wanted what he said to be written down, he knew it was going out to the public so no it wasn't confidential at all.

Yes, it would have been expected that the Blue Union would have reported on the outcome, but not in that way. To stealth record the entire thing was ridiculous.

Everton also said afterwards that there was due to be no note taking, that was clearly not the case seeing as Kenwright actively encouraged them to make notes
