Evening Toffees

I reckon it will be a tough game for you

Ironically the two hardest games we have had all season at old trafford have been Everton and Blackburn

Blackburn were excellent last Saturday ( I was there) could have won if I am honest

However get a good vocal away support to Ewood the proverbial 12th man

Blackburns support is ****e

Ohh, didnt know Pedersen's suspension came in on this game. Lack of creativity in the middle for them...which is a bit like us...

Although, the Mirror has a soundbite from Pienaar saying he's ready to fill in for Arteta. Maybe he's gonna get pushed into the middle of the park.....

No Hibbertle for the Rovers game.....

Tony Hibbert will miss the game at Blackburn after injuring his thigh in the win over West Brom.
Everton boss David Moyes confirmed that the full back had been added to an injury list that already includes Mikel Arteta, Yakubu, James Vaughan, Nuno Valente and Victor Anichebe.
Hibbert is the only fresh injury problem after Saturday's 2-0 win over the Baggies.
That means Leon Osman and Steven Pienaar are fit to continue after they returned to action in that game.
Joleon Lescott could return to the starting XI after he was an unused substitute at the weekend.
Lescott's four bookings this term are not now a risk after the FA amnesty for yellow cards kicked in at the end of February.
Louis Saha is also in contention after his impressive display as a second half sub last time out.
And Jack Rodwell returns to the fold after a dead leg forced him to miss out against Tony Mowbray's men.
Everton: Howard, Nash, Baines, Lescott, Yobo, Jagielka, Neville, Jacobsen, Rodwell, Castillo, Osman, Pienaar, Cahill, vd Meyde, Gosling, Fellaini, Jo, Saha.

So....I cant seem him playing Jacobsen, dont know why, I just dont think he will (so why get him in the 1st place). And I hope to Christ he doesnt stick Jags out there again.

If we win this game I think our bubble will resist bursting more or less to the end of the year, which could take us into a Champions League spot.

Anything less and I think we'll settle into our usual weak run-in form.

It's a tough one to predict. A fully-fit Saha starting would tip it in our favour I reckon, but he's unlikely to be fully fit for the rest of his career eh.

gonna miss this one, promised my bird i'd go to some acoustic guitar thing on weds. great

its gonna be tight, prob 1-1 or 2-1 to us, cahill and saha, santa cruz for them

I'm thinking 0-0 meself.

They played really well against Man Utd and won away at the weekend. Their tails will be up...

We're better off for Rodwell playing but it'll be a hard rains a-gonna fall...

With no Hibbert and them missing Gamst Pederson on their left, this could be Jacobsen's chance for a run-out - rather than play Jagielka out of position and/or risk losing anyone else important to injury right before our FA cup match.

If he doesn't get a match tonight, he never will.

--------------------------Howard-------------------------

Neville----------Jagielka----------Lescott----------Baines

Gosling----------Rodwell----------Osman---------Pienaar

----------------------------Cahill-------------------------

------------------------------Jo---------------------------

Osman in the middle please Moyes, we need to get him Pienaar and Baines close together so they can link up and create chances, with Arteta out it's a must. Neville can push to right back, Fellaini drops to the bench and Jo and Cahill leading the line. Hopefully Saha can get another 30 minutes so he's ready for the Quarter final.

Prediction:
0-0
