Yeah but that dosent answer the question, your posting about something that might happen, but we have zero knowledge on what the future holds, while I stick to historical facts.
Kenwright told the fans we had to move as Goodison would fail it’s health &safery and have to be closed down.

Here we are about 10 years later, still going strong despite no work being done on the ground.

That’s a fact, and sums him up completely.

Can you imagine what our recent history would be without Kenwright buying out Johnson and saving us?
Forest, Wednesday, Sunderland, Boro....etc that's us, probably Derby and Portsmouth too

They're all yoyo clubs and have been for decades. We probably would've gone that way without Moyes performing miracles on a zero net spend budget. He increased the debt despite TV money multiplying after he took over and despite selling every star player and spending zilch on the stadium. He was left in charge after Moshiri paid off that debt and put several hundred million in the kitty...... and he blew it mainly on [Poor language removed]. They're the simple facts.

Can’t forget him saying in 2011, that he didn’t want to be here in 5 years. 11 years later and he’s still rotting the place out.

The new consortium don’t have much football experience, but if they keep Peter Kenyon involved, either as a chief executive or in some other capacity that would be better than having Bill.

To be fair though, Moshiri did spend quite a bit on upgrading Goodison.
