Looks bad. Can’t see him playing again this season.

Keane up top?

I think I'd play Keane up top first

He may be our only fit striker but I'd still sell him immediately if given the choice. That's how poor I think he is.

Stick Michael Keane up top 😂
:coffee:

The disrespect he's faced is off the charts. This is a cursory look at the vaults. There are many more in there.

Moyes is playing to the style, that suits Beto. He's building him up. Dyche tried to use him like DCL. It's down to Dyche's arrogance.

Beto looks like a new player. Hard work and a mangr who can adapt.

Tbh i thought he did a bit of both yesterday. His back to goal play was as good as ive seen from him. He was just a handful for palace on all levels. Could it be as simple as he just needed a run of games. Lets not forget Moyes started him on the bench when he came back and an injury to CL is probably the only reason we are posting away in this thread.
Its a bit of luck in terms of that but these things happen. He's got his chance through an injury and he's grabbed it and i think because he's hungry it could be a winner. We'll probably know more in a dozen games exactly where we are.

I'm not getting every post out. Needless to say there were plenty and you're splitting hairs.
No, I'm not, you're making out that half the fanbase would rather have a centre back up front than Beto. We can agree that you've exaggerated as well as agreeing that there's a few numpties out there too. We can also agree he's been disrespected here by fan and manager alike.

Did he not start scoring for Benitez before getting injured? Rumours were Benetiz knackered him by rushing him back. I can remember saying that season that Benetiz would have probably remained in a job if he hadn’t of got injured. We had no one on the end of crosses and that big robot Rondon was back up.

Not being given a run of matches has everything to do with it. There’s no chance to establish a rhythm. You can’t test to see what works and what doesn’t. Everything for him was so unfair and unrealistic to achieve in 10’ every match we’re losing. But somehow he still managed to impress every time he was on.

Not gonna lie I thought he was awful under Dyche. Still has loads to improve on but very happy for him. Long may it continue as he's a lovable guy too.
