For me I would say it's easier to spot her crossing a border she isn't allowed to cross than to let her in and wonder why she disappeared in the UK before she blew herself up.

The baby however deserves a life away from the lunatics that run in that family though and should be adopted, but of course it's down to the law and never that straight forwards. I don't understand what drives someone to risk everything to become a part of something that evil if you are not at least partly that way inclined to start.

Once again though religion spreads anger and hate. I genuinely actually prefer the RS over religion (I guess its a cult v religion argument that one). It makes people do things that without it, most people wouldn't even dream of doing, in the name of something there is no proof for, over arguments about who's book is right, subsequently causing misery and death to millions.

I don't want to enter a theological debate (that's not true), but I'm just saying, without religion think of how much more advanced we would be with over 2bilion additional people actively working towards scientific enlightenment, without religion two very large buildings still stand in America, without religion Rwanda has a much bigger population, without religion aids in 3rd world countries could be battled, the list is endless, the little things the religious orders do don't touch the surface of nightmares that they cause throughout the world.

The quicker scientists find out if there is or isn't a god (they are the only ones trying to actually find out after all) and if there is, which one, the better. I will drop to my knees and worship whatever if there was some actual evidence, but the carnage caused without evidence I think I will never understand.

I expect this would strengthen her argument to return rather than undermine it.
 
Take the kid off her now.

Let her stay in the camp as long as possible, make her realise how much she needs the kuffar, hopefully that could disabuse her of her racist views. I'd be happy for it to drag on for 3 years, can't imagine that camp will be much fun.

Then allow her back but on condition she issues a statement denouncing Islamism and Isis and thanking England and its people for allowing her back with a promise not to be so silly again.

Then lock her up for 20 years for treason. Only let her out if she thanks us for the punishment as it gave her time to think.

Think that's fair.
 
Section 40 of the British Nationality Act
54650

You cannot deprive a person of citizenship if you make them stateless. Added to this the Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness means you cannot deprive a person of their nationality if that would make the person stateless. There seems to be a heavy reliance on her Bangladeshi citizenship. If she doesn't hold another citizenship but would be eligible for one, then the Home Secretary can only deprive her of her British citizenship if she was naturalised as British, because the effect of the deprivation would make her stateless. But it's hard to see, based on the above how she could be a naturalised British Citizen as she left when she was 15.

Bangladeshi law, and I don't claim to have any knowledge whatsoever about this, seems to follow biologically, so she may automatically have Bangladeshi citizenship despite not identifying as such.

The Pham case probably serves as a good guide for the Home Office Decision

I actually look forward to the day she is allowed back to this country, all the bed wetters head will properly fall off. Grown men trash talking a woman because of a path she chose when she was a child.
Actual Child soldiers around the world have been treated more compassionately by murderous regimes yet grown British men wishing harm on this girl.

Irrelevant of her age and stupidity, she became a terrorist the moment she joined ISIS and she should be treated as such.

I’m sure all their victims families share your sentiments mate.

Joining a terrorist organisation (especially as a child) does not mean you lose your citizenship. She is a brit bro, she will be back sooner or later. Get over it.

Makes me laugh, this country has waged war on Muslim countries for about 20 years (not to mention the 6 million we killed during the crusades) but one woman sides against the west, possibly having been radicalised and as a child, and she has to pay for the rest of her life.....fu** off!
