Best defining moment this season - so far

I'm gonna create a video of well boss Everton moments from the first half of the league campaign. Give me two years and I should have it finished (y)

When we had a go at Real Madrid pre-season a clear message to jack the cowardice and Roberto snaffling Rom at the 11th hour - our gonads swelled to giant size.

My initial moment was that Gareth Barry tackle vs Chelsea but if I had to pick another one it's watching Everton go to Old Trafford on a Wednesday night and playing until the dying end going for victory. To cement this, 4 days later in North London, going down 1-0 late on in the game to working hard to level AND even going for the winner after that. That's when I noticed this is a new Everton which has got everyone talking all over the country.

Should have been the derby comeback win. So many Moyes ghosts we need to exorcise with Martinez.

Lukaku looks a bit off the boil at the moment, just as a side issue.

For me winning at Old Trafford was the big moment. Lose that and we would have been sucked back to the mid table with Arsenal away to come. As it was we ended up being right in the mix :-)

Lukaku is being starved of any sort of service at all.

How many goals from Baines assists?

When a striker looks off the pace it always makes me uneasy. So many boss striker starts in the past have fizzled out.

If Jelavic was any good it would be beneficial to give him a runout at the moment, but he is broken at the moment. EFC need a striker fix-it kit for Xmas.

I disagree.

He may not be scoring many right now but he is running defenders ragged and creating space for other players to score.

He doesn't have a great touch sometimes but he is so mobile he is a nightmare to mark.

For me ,seeing the two full backs in the united penalty on 86 mins , instead of shutting up shop and taking a point , one is burying the ball while the other is ready for the rebound.
Never have I witnessed any club ever with that intent at old Trafford , and that's when I knew RM was "walking the walk' to coin the phrase.
