We've got enough players capable of putting a shift in. If he doesn't move at all but he can play a 1-2 or a through ball that creates a goal in the latter stages of a game it would be worth it. The alternative is Jelavic or paying over the odds for someone else in January.

I see where you are coming from but we are cash strapped club who cant afford to shell out 50k per week on a player who is only going to be a sub.

Nobody had drawn more games than us. If he can come off the bench to help turn 1 point into 3 as well as offer cover for Lukaku and Barkley it would make perfect sense.
