Rather than looking at loans I'd say we should put plans in place to sign some of the barca rejects. The barca academy is currently churning out more talent than the barca first team can accommodate. Considering the style of play we have implemented since martinez's arrival we have to be looking at what they won't use. We could get them on the cheap and offer them first team ball in an elite league. We'd be hard to turn down IMO.

Alcantara, dos santos are two really interesting ones. Lots of people around barca don't think the former will cut it but IMO he's got all it takes to be a great player. Dos santos' time at barca is certainly running out and he's a true quality footballer.

If we got Alcantara, dos santos, and tello in we'd have a significantly better team and it probably won't cost all that much.

Rafinha has a far bigger chance at the club than Dos Santos but it's true that since his brother bolted, no one can be certain he sees his future at Barcelona or not

Incidentally, Rafinha & Tello have buyout clauses of 35 & 20 million, respectively so it would cost that much

If we can build up a relationship with Barca on the back of the Deulofeu loan, it's interesting to see what talent is currently playing for their B team who we might be able to get on loan in the future.

Rafinha, 20 year old attacking midfielder, currently loaned to Celta Vigo.
Nieto, 22 y.o. left winger, with 5 goals in 15 games this season for Barca B.
Espinosa, 21 y.o. midfielder, with 4 goals in 16 games.
Dos Santos, 23 y.o. midfielder, with 3 senior appearances this season.
Tello, 22 y.o. forward, with 2 senior starts and 7 sub appearances.
Cuenca, 22 y.o forward, currently on loan at Ajax.
Roberto, 21 y.o midfielder, with 6 senior sub appearances.

Of all the players mentioned Dos Santos will be the best option.He has more potential than arteta but his devlopment has stalled due to lack of playing time for past couple of years.He can play both in attacking and defensive midfield and suits the style of martinez. he should be available for around 2 mill next summer.
