Im sick of the Mucha hate now!

Hes not a bad keeper at all. Its hard to come in after a year out (which is what his Everton career has basically been) and be 100% on your game.

As back up goalies go he is one of the better ones.

No, no, no & no again. Even at his best (which was 4/5 years ago) I wouldn't want him near the Everton squad. We have just got rid of one playboy in the form of Drenthe who ruined our season last year. We really don't need another one about. If Boruc wasn't number one he'd be throwing hissy fits & disrupting the squad. Plus he is prone to more than the odd clanger especially when not getting a run of games (just as Mucha did last year due to lack of game time). If the Fiore don't want him about the place that should tell its own story. Not good enough for them def not good enough for us.

Boruc or Gordon. We need 3 keepers.

Not much to be honest, which is a fair point, though i heard he was No1 for them last season.

I dont rate Howard never have, with the Butland link and now this seems we're looking at alternatives.

Howard or Boruc at their best though id go for Boruc at least give him a run - cant see it like. Keepers only really come into their peaks at 28 -35.

The Butland thing was a completely fabricated story.

And you rate Adam.

If he was that great, he wouldn't be searching for a club. Pretty much the anti-Moyes player, underachiever, at times overweight, questionable attitude.

Not sure he'd be happy being the backup, and given his reputation, that might seal the deal. Gordon would be the better option in pretty much every sense anyway.

With the new U21 replacing the ressies doesnt it make it worse for a backup keeper? I know they are allowed some over age players but clearly it leans toward bringing on younger keepers at the expense of the tradition past-it back up.

This would be decent this.

I feel like crying every time I see Jan Mucha. His Chelsea performance gives me Vietnam-like flashbacks.

He was a very good keeper playing for Celtic but I haven't watched him in Italy. As a solid back-up I'd take him.
