We ran out of steam. January was where any hope of anything was lost. The only winner was the other operating costs column on the spreadsheets I fear.

We clearly needed reinforcements and we didn't do it. For the umpteenth time, the chance to kick on has gone and we'll be incredibly lucky if we're in as good a place next January as we were this year.
