It was a massive goal for Arsenal, arguably Arteta's biggest goal as an Arsenal player; why shouldn't he celebrate? The whole non-celebrating thing is a bit of a drag, he scored an important goal and so he should celebrate regardless of who it is against.

No worries at all with celebrating. Kissing the badge made him look a total weapon though.
He didn't actually kiss the badge though did he? Thought he just grabbed it after scoring the second pen.No worries at all with celebrating. Kissing the badge made him look a total weapon though.
Arteta couldn't give a flying one what kind of reception he gets. Footballers tend not to.
Stuff that. Hope Wigan batter them.
Baines was a completrre and utter bell for doing that. Raging at him.This.
It wasn't so much the "celebration" that annoyed me, it was sitting in the centre circle like a complete prat with the sole purpose of having the game stopped.
Clattenburg didn't fall for it.....sadly Baines did.
Kissing the badge just confirmed to me that our residual affection for Arteta is unrequited.
So stuff him.
