That's the bigger issue. Because soon he won't be here, but martinez will be, and if we allow Martinez to literally drag us down to a relegation fight at a third attempt then it will just be a joke.

I have to disagree. I just believe they are being ruined by this management team. Anybody decent would be getting their talent to shine.

We were bossed by a better team. It will take us a few years to reach Arsenals level of sexy football. Understandably considering the cost of Arsenals team to ours.

The axe has to be swung of the next couple of seasons, McCarthy and Cleverly are just average players, Baines and Jags have there best years behind them. Clever players are needed in the centre for us...players that move well off the ball and want it then are capable of moving the ball fast. Need someone to link up with Lukaku up front. As good as Ross is he needs a little work on his challenging and headers. He is too easy to go past and won't bust a gut to close down. I am saying this because we now have the money to bring better players in and can't hide behind excuses anymore.

I was just thinking before that this felt like a Moyes / Wigan moment. The performance was so poor and in the second half the players were all over the place and so indisciplined.
