He's switching things up tactically and seems less reluctant to make a bold call than he did this time last year. If he stays, he'd best carry this attitude on. If we lose tonight, absolutely no qualms with the team selection.

This is a man who's decided to make his stand with this team in this moment. He may not be here next year if we don't qualify for CL. I've come to terms with that fact. He may feel like he can't continue without more money and the only way he's getting it is if we qualify. Now is the time. There is no tomorrow. Win or go home. He gets that now.
