Are we a better team without fans?

Are we reaping the benefit of an empty stadium?

We would have got on some of their backs at 0-1 for sure, but whatever pressure the fans would have added was nothing compared to Pickfords buffoonery at the start.

Our home form has been mostly good for years, whereas our away form has been absolute tripe for years on end, so I’d say our fans clearly have a positive influence on our performances.

We need to be there ,goodison would be rocking all we want is a bit of hope now we've got it .would of scored more with us in there. What a daft arsed question anyway!

It is a good point this. The second we went 1-0 down people start with boos and saying everyone is [Poor language removed] and turn hostile.

Maybe a good way to see that if we go behind, just back the team keep the atmosphere loud and lift the players.

How bad must it be just being booed?

Genuinely crossed my mind that we'd probably lose that today, had we all been there.

Imagine, going 1-0 down, and the fans frothing at the mouth at the 20 minute build up waiting to break them down.

Great numbers, but we don't half moan.
