Just because moyes won't play 2 strikers doesn't mean he's not an attacking manager ffs. There could be other reasons to accuse him of this fair enough but as alot of the top teams in Europe have proved 1 up top does not mean you are defensive! Arsenal as a prime example.

First off, welcome to the site Vic mate. You seem like a nice guy but your goal scoring record (and health record) just isn't good enough. I think a change of scenery would do you wonders and wish you the best of luck in your future endeavours.

Maybe 6-7 years. That's about the same amount Vic's got over him in top division time and Holt still scored more in one season than Vic's scored in his entire career. Last season was his best one yet and there were a few decent finishes but so what?

He's never fit, he's on a good screw and he's costing us a place in the squad for a player like Vellios who is a better player and knows where the goal is.

I don't think he'd score more than 10-12 a season in the championship, honestly.
 
I think we've seen enough of him to know he isn't going to be a first team regular in a team aiming for top 6. If we get an offer of 3m+ he should go.
 
quality player still lots of potential wudnt let him go esp when were not going to pick up a better stiker for 3 or 4 million hope he stays!!

He has raw talent and a number of raw attributes that need to be honed, going to Wigan would be a great move for him, no pressure, woll be given time and trust, he needs this to develop. I always rated Big Vic but dont think he will get on with us as anything but a squadie.
 
When you are playing Wigan away and cahill gets injured if and you have royston drenthe on the bench and you bring on phil neville instead doesn't that say it all?

Yeah but to be fair he was boss before that, and if it wasnt for that he could be one of the best in the country*.

Decent squad player, but probably won't be starting week-in-week-out in the near future (unless theres a serious injury). We'd only get about £1-2m for him anyway.
 
It's odd to me, that after having his best ever season and not really doing anything wrong, he seems to be getting more stick than ever.
