In 135 games, he has scored 18 goals. I'm not being funny but he's 24. If he was going to prove himself then it would have happened. Absolutely awful footballer, he makes no runs in behind the defence to stretch them. So clumsy too, painful to watch. People saying give him time, he's had 6 years. Always thought Vaughan had more about him, at least he put some f*cking effort in when wearing the shirt.

His overall scoring record is very poor, but he scored 5 league goals in 12 league appearances last season, most of which were scored as a substitute.

So whilst he is traditionally s**t, perhaps he is finally proving himself? Cahill became a legend through scoring an average of 8 goals per season, so getting six goals just coming off the bench can't be too bad, can it?
