Anyone else think, apart from Dewsbury-Hall and Grealish (who my nan who hasn’t watched a game of football in her life knows is a good player) our recruitment has been absolutely awful? All been pretty disappointing or not even getting games, really not encouraging for the future. Leeds seem to have made far better signings this summer such as Stach etc since Kinnear has left.

I agree with you, it has been once again disappointing. At a point where it’s a relief a signing actually works out well for a change.

It seems like some of the signings we were making under Thelwell (Ndiaye, O’Brien, Onana etc) seemed to show at least some promise even though we did sign some rubbish during that period, this fella hasn’t shown any sort of positive impact yet.

A) He was more often than not a liability, particularly in front of goal.
B) He is just going through a purple patch, like he did 5 years ago, and Beto did last season.
C) He plays for a team that get balls into the box; we don't
D) His tally is massively augmented with penalties; we don't get those.
E) He has started scoring since Leeds started playing 2 up top, so he can get closer to goal; Moyes would never do this.
F) HE chose to move on. He thought he was a Champions League level player, we offered him a new deal.


We have a lot of problems. Losing Calvert-Lewin isn't one of them.

DCL wasn’t wanting to stay. Enjoying life at Leeds scoring aplomb. Hating our system and most likely will finish above us after the past results. We lack firepower and Moyes isn’t concerned.

Kinnear isn't responsible for signings Moyes is FFS.

His mate is responsible for negotiating the actual deals for the players Moyes chooses to sign, he's not responsible for choosing the players to sign.Stop posting this complete rubbish in order to defend Moyes you absolute whopper.
