Angus 'happily dissatisfied' Kinnear

I think you are so wrong ,I am way past your upper age limit ,full of nostalgia but so unhappy with the way we are ,if you think about it it is more important the older you are .We simply don't have the time and so are just as impatient as you are .
There's always those who buck the trend, but I remember the vast majority clapping Bill Kenwright at home to Villa when a bit of pressure was put on him over a decade ago.

Good post and I am older still and agree completely. It seems to me that both Friedkin Group and their appointee Kinnear have failed to understand the almost 40 years of incompetence that supporters have had to endure yet remained loyal. I cannot recall any statement which indicates a plan to return us to a position where we can at least challenge and be relevant again. This makes me think that the point about seeing us a profit opportunity, to flip in the future may well have merit.

They cannot even be bothered attending once which gives credibility to this view.
We will know once and for all by Tuesday the 1st of September.
Then there will be either hope or nowhere to hide for the new hierarchy.

  • Overseeing an inherently unfair ticketing system
  • Hiking up ST costs by 10% in a cost of living crisis
  • Failing to account for the actions of that inflation busting rise in ST prices
  • Issuing defeatist statements about being satisfied with a season like that last one
  • Expecting the vast majority of signings to fail
No wonder Leeds fans are saying "I told you so".

He'll be here less than another 12 months IMO.

An utter shambles.

Between him and Barry we really are the benchmark for incompetent appointments.

We underperformed overall last year. And the upper level of what we could obtain was restricted by glaring gaps in the playing squad. I saw several commercial deals go though but am unqualified to comment on them but know that they can only reasonably improved over time if the first 2 points are addressed.

Thr first season at the new ground has at least been navigated without any relegation worries.

Overall though not good. Improvement needed. After a year it's now a situation he should be dictating and in control of. I'm not currently impressed but hope to be happily satisfied by improvements next year.

I am less incensed by Moyes constant deflection and Kinnears utter mis-reading of the room than I am by the total ladk of input from TFG. I am glad that we don't hear leaks about what their plans are, but they have neither showed their face, nor raised their voice since they bought us. I refuse to believe they lack the business savvy to read the room, so why not either express their support for the regime, their expectation of improvement or even their dissatisfaction? Their utter silence is very odd.

I've long thought this myself. We have no idea of their plans for the club so we're in the realms of conjecture
