My dad used to bore me with tales of how Kenwright “saved us from Peter Johnson” and I could never accept it even as a kid/teenager. I think Kenwright weaponised the relegation dogfights of the 90’s to brainwash that generation of Everton fans into following that party line. Kim Jong Bill truly is too accurate a description of him.
